VCDS® is a Windows-based diagnostic software. In conjunction with the Ross-Tech® HEX-V2®, a wired diagnostic adapter (USB) of the latest generation, all vehicles of the Volkswagen Group (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bugatti, Bentley etc.) from approx. 1992 up to the current model series can be diagnosed.

Ross-Tech® HEX-V2® is available in 3 different VIN variants (chassis numbers):

  1. 3 VIN (diagnosis on 3 different vehicles)
  2. 10 VIN (diagnosis on 3 different vehicles)
  3. Unlimited (diagnostics on any number of different vehicles)

3 VIN- and 10 VIN adapters can be extended if required (for a fee) via VIN upgrade .

Attention: The diagnostic interface can be used up to 10 times before (free) registration is required!

Range of functions (selection):

  • More than 20,000 fault codes available as standard
  • Auto scan function: Read out & delete faults in all control units (ECUs)
  • Coding assistant: Configuration of control units
  • ECU selection and gateway installation list
  • Readout & recording of measured values (live data)
  • Display, record and save measured value blocks (live data)
  • Basic setting & adjustment of electrical and electromechanical vehicle parts
  • Safe teach-in of spare parts (e.g. throttle valves, injectors, etc.)
